Join the relaxed movement revolution
Saturday 28th April is World Tai Chi Qi Gong Day!  This is a day to promote the benefits of the art to those who don’t know what it is.
I’ll be teaching part of a free 2 hour session on Bonn Square, Oxford, at 10am till noon.  Feel free to attend, ask students and instructors questions, and join in.  There will be three other Tai Chi schools there too, so you’ll get to see and join in other forms too!

Find the relief of relaxation:

- release physical tension
- work deep into tissues and organs
- switch off your stress response
- regain mental focus and clarity
- be proactive for your health

Recently in the news:
Researchers found that older people who regularly performed the traditional Chinese ’mind and body’ technique were less likely to suffer high blood pressure and were physically stronger.  They even suggested that Tai Chi should be the ‘preferred mode of training’ for the elderly:
