Welcome to Tai Chi Qi Gong Oxford

Easter Break

There will be no classes from 26th March 2024 - 2nd April 2024 for the Easter Break.  All classes are back on from 3rd April.

Start your personal journey into gentle meditative movement:

Tai Chi Qi Gong is a gentle way to start getting back your fitness, coordination, balance, clarity and embodiment, going to in-person classes, zoom live sessions or one-on-one practice.

The practices promote circulation, deep breathing, stress relief, mental and emotional strengthening through meditation practices used during movement, standing or sitting.  Getting your 'qi' (vital energy) moving smoothly through your system to improve your health and immune system.  Those are just a few of the benefits.

Zoom continues...

- Join class as a zoom beginner, first with a one-to-one free trial session, and then in a small, cosy and friendly class of 2-6 students.

This gives you plenty of time to learn in your own time, ask questions and share this new experience, from the comfort of you living room.  Make sure you have enough space to practice.

- Join as an improver, first with a one-to-one free zoom trial session, then four beginners classes to get you settled in a few new forms, and then you will have two improvers classes to choose from every week!
