NEWS: In-person classes return 14th September 2021 onwards after the break.

Zoom classes: Tuesday and Wednesday zoom classes continue as normal, Friday zoom class returns at 3pm.

Zoom classes

Join class as a zoom beginner, first with a one-to-one free trial session, and then in a small, cosy and friendly class of 2-6 students. 

This gives you plenty of time to learn in your own time, ask questions and share this new experience.

Join as an improver, first with a one-to-one free zoom trial session, then four beginners classes to get you settled in a few new forms, and then you will have three improvers classes to choose from every week!

Tai Chi and Qi Gong are excellent tools for lockdown:

gentle, physical exercise that promotes circulation, and deep breathing, as well as stress relief, and mental and emotional strengthening through meditation practices used during movement, standing or sitting.  Getting your 'qi' (vital energy) moving smoothly through your system to improve your health and immune system.

In-person classes

Real in-person classes have restart in Oxford in South Park.  Class is mixed level.
